Winston is a pillar of the Makutano community. He's in his sixties, married to Priscilla and is a wise man who has learned from experience.
He owns the local bar, has strong morals and a gentle and kind manner. He is a good husband and knows that his wife doesn't really love him in the way he would like (he only married his wife because she was pregnant and it was the “right” thing to do).
He spoils Karis, his son, as he is their only child – he would have liked to have had more. Winston is very fond of Rose Mulani.
